Ms. Halverson is a PhD Student with the Factor-Inwentash Faculty of Social Work at the University of Toronto. Her research interests are at the intersection of reproductive justice and child protection systems, decolonizing access to abortion and reproductive health care, and community-driven research and evaluation methods. Julie’s been managing research and evaluation projects for over a decade. In her free time she reads, hangs out with her kids, and organizes U.S. voters to participate in every election.
