Bio

Before starting her doctoral program, Florence worked at the Child Rehabilitation Service for over eight years in Hong Kong. During this time, she actively participated in social advocacy work to promote social justice and diversity for children with disabilities and their families. She has extensive experience in research and development, focusing on positive education training protocols and parenting programs for families of children with disabilities. Currently, she is a researcher for the Young Parent Project. Through her involvement, she aims to advocate for the needs of these communities and make a positive impact.
