Ayla Arhinson is a graduate of the Assaulted Women and Children Counselor/Advocate program at George Brown College and is currently studying for my Bachelor of Social Work at York University. I’ve worked as a Youth Research Assistant for 4 years and am really passionate about creating access to resources for young people. I'm really interested in reproductive justice and mental health advocacy. My worldview is based on awareness of structural oppression and my lived experiences with gender-based violence. In my free time, I like reading queer fiction, hanging out with my wild orange cat, and putting 1000-piece puzzles together.
